Refund Policy

GIFTAT REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

Refund Policy:

We will try our best to prepare items as per our site photos.

Signing the delivery form means that you have accepted the condition of the purchased items.

But if for any reasons , the received item was not as per the request or the item was damaged , you may complain immediately & send the picture of the received item along with order # to: [email protected] or send details to Whatsapp no: 0504969525 , and we will get in touch with you to arrange for the correct item free of charge if it is our mistake.

Perishable items (roses, chocolates...etc ) are non-returnable as they will be prepared only for you and delivered to you in the best condition.

But in case the received items were damaged , please inform us within an hour as per above procedure to replace them for free as early as possible.

If an item is to be returned such as accessories because it is damaged , it will be inspected & approved by Giftat first then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card or bank transfer) within two (2) weeks after approval.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel orders as long as they are not picked up from our vendors by the shipping company ONLY by sending an email to [email protected] mentioning your order # to confirm cancellation.

You will not be charged for any items or orders that have been cancelled before shipping.

You will be informed by email that the cancellation is completed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within two (2) weeks if paid by a credit card or a bank transfer.

Otherwise , shipping will take place and you will be charged for the item in addition to delivery charges.

Delivery Guide:

  • Usually , we deliver items in the next day but Fridays & public holidays will have extra charges that will be clearly mentioned before completing the payment process when placing an order.
  • For national holidays , please make sure to place your orders ahead of time because our delivery company might have few days off during these national holidays.
  • We always make sure to deliver your order as early as possible but very rarely this may not be satisfied due to situations like peak hour traffic and remote delivery locations which are totally out of our control.
  • The shipping address cannot be changed once order is prepared and out for delivery.
  • Flowers being perishable, we would attempt delivery only once.
  • The photo displayed is for referential purpose, although we do our very best to match flower arrangement to the photo displayed.
  • We never try to, but on a very rare occasion, we may replace flowers due to unavailability and seasonality. The overall look of arrangement will be similar with same monetary value.
  • We request you to provide contact number of receiver in the shipping details so that it can help us deliver your gift on time.
  • For delivery in office, if receiver is busy or temporarily unavailable, our delivery person may give gift in the reception if mentioned in comments when placing order.
  • For delivery in hotel, we request you to specify room number or booking reference or person's name under whom hotel booking is done in the shipping address so that our delivery person can easily co-ordinate with hotel staff and you can receive your gift on time.
